# Did not receive the Canna Lily Flower Badge

Hello,

I would like to report an issue with the August 8–9, 2026 Community Day badge.

I launched Pikmin Bloom on August 8 and completed more than 10,000 steps that day.

According to Pikmin Bloom’s own activity record, I had 13,511 steps on August 8. Apple Health also recorded 12,997 steps on the same date.

Therefore, both Pikmin Bloom and Apple Health confirm that I exceeded the 10,000-step requirement on August 8 itself.

did not receive the Canna Lily Flower Badge.

I understand that the Community Day rules state that users who achieve 10,000 steps on either August 8 or August 9 should receive the badge. I also understand the rule regarding steps being updated after midnight.

However, this does not appear to be that situation, because Pikmin Bloom itself already recorded 13,511 steps for August 8.

I have attached screenshots showing:

1. Pikmin Bloom’s August 8 activity record: 13,511 steps
2. Apple Health’s August 8 activity record: 12,997 steps

Could you please check my account and Community Day records to determine why the badge was not awarded?

If the requirement was successfully met, I would greatly appreciate it if the Canna Lily Flower Badge could be manually granted to my account.

I also experienced a similar issue with the previous month’s Community Day badge, so I would appreciate it if you could check whether there may be an issue with my Community Day badge eligibility or step tracking.
