We are almost at the end of the month, 12 stages done…and 10 pink Pikmin at a row.
Every time I finish a golden pot, I am getting the same Game Pak decor Pikmin, the pink one. I am missing the black one but this does seem like a bug. Only getting one color 10 times in a row.
Wow, that’s incredibly discouraging. I wish the game would have some kind of mechanics to adjust the probabilities before this type of extreme situation arises.
That is super frustrating! That can’t just be bad luck. I have heard clearing your cache might help, but still not much time left to get your missing one after getting so many repeats…
That’s like a one-in-17-million chance.
Ten times is a lot, but it’s probably either a problem with the random number generation routine or a manipulation designed to encourage in-app purchases, not a bug.
These are unverified “occult” methods, but:
・Plant a seed of the specific Pikmin color you want alongside it, then pull both out simultaneously
・Change the locations for acquiring seeds, planting them, and pulling out Pikmin (since the system seems to use spatial patterns as seeds, avoid working from your home)
You might want to try to implement these approaches?
