# mushroom battle postcard pikmins missing flowers

the battle ended before 4am.  
the pikmin folks should have retained the flowers I sent them with on the postcard.

but they returned with leaves.

any help or ideas?  
this is second or third time this happening, and for a person who plays the game mostly for postcard deco this matters.
