Hello everyone,
I have a suggestion regarding the postcard download feature in the game that I believe would greatly enhance its value, especially for players who, like me, want to preserve these precious in-game memories.
Currently, the number of postcards we can save within the game is limited. To ensure I don’t lose these memorable moments, I download them to my phone’s storage.
My proposal is that when we download a postcard, the game also saves the corresponding in-game location information along with the image. This would allow applications like Google Photos to recognize this location data and display the postcards on a map, just like geotagged photos taken with a camera. Imagine being able to see all your cherished in-game postcard memories plotted on a world map!
I believe this location information could be stored within the image metadata, either as a simple text description of the place or, even better, as geographic coordinates if feasible.
I sincerely hope the development team will consider this suggestion. It would be a fantastic way to connect our in-game experiences with the real-world functionality of our photo management apps and allow us to treasure these virtual postcards in a more meaningful and visual way.
