[Compensation Completed] Server Connection Issue

Around April 11, 2026, from 6:18 to 6:48 (UCT), a technical issue occurred where frequent network errors prevented the app from being played normally. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
As an apology, we have issued compensation on today, April 14 (Japan Time), 2026 as detailed below.
To ensure fairness, we have provided different compensation for affected users and all users based on the game logs.

Eligibility: Users who were planting flowers during the period of the technical issue.

Important Notes:

  • Users eligible for Compensation 1 are also eligible for Compensation 2, please expect two separate compensation pop-up messages.
  • If the pop up of compensated items does not appear, please try restarting the app.
  • Please note that you will not be able to receive the items after the receipt due date.
