[Resolved] The issue regarding “Double your reward” button

From 6:27 AM to 4:15 PM on July 12th, 2023 (UTC), some users were experiencing an issue with the “Double your reward” button in the Event Challenge, which consumed coins but did not increase rewards.

Today, July 14, 2023 we have granted the following items to the eligible users.

All users who did not receive additional rewards by the “Double Rewards” button due to the above issue.

Receipt due date: Sep 30, 2023 14:59 (UTC)

If you did not receive additional gold seedlings by “Double Your Reward (399 coins)” button

Gold seedling has been granted for those that were not received due to the issue.

The issue before 23:59, July 12, 2023 (Local Time): Gold seedlings of Chess Decor Pikmin with white pieces

The issue after 0:00, July 13, 2023 (Local Time): Gold seedlings of Chess Decor Pikmin with black pieces

If you did not receive additional item by “Double Your Reward (99 coins)” button

Due to technical difficulties in restoring the kind of the rewards you were supposed to receive, we have granted 200 bonus coins (equivalent to purchasing a rewarded item in the shop).

Note:

  • If you have experienced the issue multiple times, you will receive multiple compensation messages to receive granted items according to the number of times the issue has occurred.
  • If you can not see the item dialogue, please try restarting the app.
  • Please note that you will not be able to receive the items after the receipt due date.
