Urgent!!!!

I accidentally purchased common red petals in the game, and just like that, over 2,000 of my coins were gone. I’ve already messaged customer support asking to cancel the purchase, but it’s been a week and I haven’t heard a thing. Right now, I’m afraid to even touch those red petals because I have no idea what my original balance was. Plus, I can’t even buy the Cheese Decor Pikmin because my coins are gone! I’m just waiting for my 2,000 coins to be returned before I make any other moves. The wait is honestly so frustrating. If the support team is understaffed, could you at least improve the game’s Ul to reduce the chance of accidental clicks?
