Why doesn't this portal support tags?

And the variety of categories is very small and generic, resulting in many different posts lumped under the same category when they should really have separate categories.

Hi, @KippyPippy! You have the option to add tags when you create a new topic. Please look for “optional tags.”

When I click on the options drop-down it only shows a search field.

Hi, @KippyPippy! It gives an option to create a tag. So, users can create a tag according to their questions.
