Description: Players may currently be experiencing an issue in the Event Challenge where the app freezes and players cannot receive items unless restart the app in the following circumstance.
When the setting for “Auto Reward Animation Setting” is turned ON, tapping the mission immediately after transitioning to the Event Challenge screen.

Please turn OFF the “Auto Reward Animation Setting”.

If you play with the setting ON, please wait for a moment without tapping the screen until the app transitions to the Event Challenge roulette screen.
