Dear Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my experience during the two-day Seoul event. I purchased tickets for both days, as well as additional in-game items like Bougainvillea and Mushroom Recharge Tickets, but I have been completely unable to participate properly.
I already contacted customer support via email and the in-app chat system on the day of the event, but I have not received any response whatsoever, even after five days.
Here are the details of the issues I encountered:
Day 1 (May 23rd): When I arrived at the event venue in Seoul, only Special Mushrooms appeared. The Gold and Huge Seedlings for the event never triggered, and I could not see any event-specific seedlings at all. Around 7:00 PM, the system automatically sent a Purple Pikmin (already wearing a Rose Rosette) to my inventory, but the event story/cutscene never triggered.
Day 2 (Today): I went to the event venue again today, but the event seedlings still fail to trigger or appear.
I paid for a two-day event ticket and invested extra money into in-game items specifically for this event, yet I am unable to play or experience any of it.
Could you please investigate this issue as soon as possible and provide a solution or compensation for the paid content I missed out on?
