During the “Pikmin Bloom Journey 2026: Challenge Anywhere” held from May 29th to May 31st, an issue occurred where some users were unable to obtain Mystery Boxes when participating in Festival Mushrooms.
Upon investigation, we discovered that this was caused by the eligibility for Mystery Boxes being processed based on Korea Standard Time (KST) instead of each user’s local time.
Following a detailed investigation into the scope of this issue, we have confirmed that users who met the following conditions were affected:

Festival Mushroom Appearance Time: After June 1st, 0:00 AM (KST) / May 31st, 03:00 PM (UTC)

User Complete Time: Until May 31st, 11:59 PM (User’s Local Time)
Please note that if you defeated a Festival Mushroom after May 31st, 11:59 PM in your local time (after the event period concluded), Mystery Boxes would not be awarded as per the intended game specifications. Therefore, these instances are not eligible for compensation. We appreciate your understanding.
