During the “Pikmin Bloom Journey 2026: Challenge Anywhere” held from May 29th to May 31st, an issue occurred where users meeting the following conditions were unable to receive “Mystery Boxes” when participating in “Festival Mushrooms.”
■ Conditions for Affected Users:

Festival Mushroom Appearance Time: After June 1st, 0:00 (KST) = May 31st, 15:00 (UTC)

User Complete Time: Until May 31st, 11:59 PM (User’s Local Time)
Upon investigation, we discovered that this was caused by the eligibility for Mystery Boxes being processed based on Korea Standard Time (KST) instead of each user’s local time.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Accordingly, we will be distributing compensation starting today, June 11, 2026 (JST), as outlined below.

Important Notes

If a “Festival Mushroom” was defeated after May 31st, 11:59 PM in your local time (after the event period ended), no “Mystery Box” is awarded by design, and this is not eligible for compensation.

Depending on the number of affected mushroom participations, it is possible to receive multiple May Mii Costumes as compensation.
