Purchased the premium but did not receive retroactive gold seedling for 4th (stage 1:4) and 8th (stage 2:4)stage. Since purchased of pass also completed stage 12 (stage 3:4) and did not receive gold seedling of colour of my choice
You have a misunderstanding about the stages.
Each of the yellow boxes in the image below is not a stage. The red box representing the whole is the stage.
You receive one color-specific seedling each time you clear Stage 4, 8, 12… with the Event Premium Pass, so if you don’t use mushroom tickets, you can receive a maximum of 2 to 3 seedlings throughout the entire month-long event.
