To the question, can we change or submit another photo used on the postcard? postcard in my area is very bad. not because of the bad location, but the bad way of taking the photo and the bad quality of the photo… imagine a museum building that has a distinctive architecture but the postcard only displays the nameplate of the museum 
In addition, I feel bad for some foreign friends on my friendlist .. when they send a beautiful postcard, but I only have a postcard of a tree photo taken at night with low quality and looks horror 
I read in some reddit posts written 2 years ago that pikmin bloom uses photos from Niatic Wayfarer.. but when visiting the site I read only for Pokemon Go and Ingress Prime (CMIIW)
