When you get the Mystery Box from the Mysterious Mushroom, tapping the screen multiple times quickly causes the screen to freeze. If the screen freezes, restart the app to retrieve the Mystery Box reward.
To avoid this issue, please tap the screen after the animation of the mystery box is finished.
