Since yesterday (15th June) the app fails to keep the steps count, no matter how much I walk. I tried closing the app and opening again, cleaning the device’s memory, and other things, but the problem persists. In that sense, I am not able to make progress in my seedlings, nor in my weekly group walk/challenge. The odd thing is that the map shows the walking path in the neighbors where I have been and the flowers I planted while walking. The weekly group challenge of planting flowers is also recording my progress, just the steps count that doesn’t work!
FYI: I live in Brazil and I have a Xiomi Redmi, therefore my device runs on Android.

There’s a setting in Settings / Privacy & Steps / Step Count called Google Fit/Track with Phone or something like that have you tried toggling it? Not sure if it helps but maybe

I’ve been playing for more than 6 months now and this is the first time something like this happens to me
Is it working now? Mine also stopped counting my steps yesterday, and nothing i saw that could help did anything I’m so frustrated
