サポートコミュニティが一新されましたが日本語を選択しても英文が散見されて、使い方がなんだかよく分からなくなりました。
日本人の英語力の低さをなめていますよ。
投稿画面の「＋Create Topic」ですら投稿するボタンなのか分からず、感でポチッとしてみました。
日本語バージョンなら全部日本語に変換してください。

私のスマホの問題かと思い、色々試したけどやはり英語が出てしまいます…。

カテゴリーで日本語をタップすればおおむね問題ないのでは？
※普段パソコンで見ていますが、スマホでもこれで問題ナシです
それでもダメならブラウザの翻訳機能を使えばよろしいでしょう。
日米で統一された結果として、外人の方も翻訳機能使って日本語カテゴリーに書いている方もいるので、一定の効果はあったはずです

I have to use Google translate in my phone’s browser to read Japanese. 
Wish the portal would detect user’s locale and display everything translated.

LOL yes, it certainly makes it hard to contribute to discussion boards when you can’t read the subject header. And this is true whether it were written in Japanese characters or even in another language.
I can’t help but notice as well that there don’t seem to be posts in any languages besides English and Japanese, even though I play with people on every continent (still looking for African participants and would go great lengths to see any on Antarctica!!). Do you suppose those other countries just find the language barrier to he that big of a problem? Or are Americans just that apt to complain? LOL

私も「日本語」にしていても「＋Create Topic」とかのボタンの表記が一部英語です。Androidのスマホですが。ブラウザの翻訳機能で日本語にして、意味を理解しています。表記は全部日本語にしてほしいですね。
