Hello, I think that including some of the enemies from the games to fight like mushrooms with specific colored pikmin would be fun! It would add variety to the expeditions and more use for the pikmin. Plus the enemies are real cute!

Yes! I would love to see some Bulborbs 
And the big bosses would be available during events. It seems like a natural progression for the game

Yes but after, the pikmins will need to rest and get petals or nectar (and maybe 1 or 2 coins but i think that will never happen)
And there should have never pikmin casualities, that would mean your precious decors you put so much hours to get, gone in 1 click, that would be horrifying.
