Get rid of auto zooming map!

In the last few months they’ve changed the map to auto zoom in and out when scrolling through pikmin/seedlkngs/postcards.

PLEASE GET RID OF THIS!

When scrolling through individual pikmin (usually to see who I want to favourite/upgrade/release) I zoom the map in to individual pikmin level, and it used to stay at that setting as I scroll through. I like to keep Pikmin from unique locations, rather than have a bunch all from the same place, so I release the ones I like less from those locations.

Now with this auto zooming (seems to be related to quantities in locations) it makes it near impossible to do easily, because I will have to zoom all the way in to the level I want when you scroll to the next Pikmin, and it makes a job that took a second take about 10 times as long. And when you’ve been playing long enough to have maxed out the Pikmin numbers it is time consuming. When checking them out, I want to know which dozen are from Asakusa and which one is from Shinjuku. The new auto zooming just zooms out to show that they’re all from Japan! Which I can tell at a glance by their name and description.

Please upvote for attention. It was perfectly fine as it was previously.

I agree, this is a bad update and is almost making me not want to play after playing from the start.

I travel all across Europe and now when i look at a pikmin I just get the whole country its from not the town so I dont know whether I have one from a certain town or not.

Either bring it back or allow people to choose what their preference is
