Is it okay for “creators participating in the Niantic Content Creator Program” to engage in what might be considered problematic behavior?

The post is posted at X[x.com], where “creators participating in the Niantic Content Creator Program” had an off-site meeting in a residential area.

Despite Niantic’s history of being sued in the past for having players break into residences with Pokémon Go, there is concern that creators are not being instructed not to engage in problematic behavior.
I believe that niantic needs to issue a warning to the creators and the creators need to make a formal apology, but how do you all feel?
