Hi, I’m a fairly new player that started last year. I’ve never had issues recording photos for past days before; until this weekend. I’m not sure what has changed, maybe it was the daylight savings time change, but this past weekend has been ruined by this bug.
Thing I have tried using both Android and Apple phones:
- Restarting the App
- Restarting my phones
- Reinstalling the App
- Logging off/on again via Google and Nintendo paths
I tried to message the support chat but it didn’t allow me to attach screenshots and it does state that I will never receive a direct response in regards to my issue.
For the images provided:
- My Sunday photos leaked back towards my Saturday lifelog/daily lookback recording
- I cannot delete the images
- I tried changing the date/photos with the ones desired with the edit post button and I just get errors
I hope they fix this soon. The only thing I haven’t tried was deleting the entire day and trying to redo it. But I’ll lose my planting information and step counter. And there’s no way to manually input that back in. So I want to avoid that as long as possible. But now I have one day with pretty much the same photo repeated in all the slots and I can’t do anything about it.
All my photos do have the correct time stamps for the days I want them to display on. When I try to post them in-game, they get dated for the previous day. Hope this issue gets resolved soon.
