Newly seeded big flower not growing

New big flower after location update. All surrounding big flowers have progressed and bloomed while planting, as expected. One big flower has stayed at beginning seedling stage, and still shows 300 flowers needed despite planting all around it.

I have the same problem with one of my new flowers. It’s on a location that used to be a mushroom. Was yours previously a mushroom or is it brand new?

Yes, this particular location was a mushroom site prior to the update.
