All of a sudden my steps are no longer showing up in pikmin. I have doubled checked my permissions to Samsung Health and checked the battery and data saver. I have no clue how to fix this. When i try to contact support it just says thanks for reporting a problem

They said they used in app support already. This is happening with my mom and she also has a Samsung. Seems like a pretty big issue that should be better addressed.
To give more detail her steps will only count if the app is open and her screen is unlocked.

Same problem here. My Google fit says I have over 7k steps but bloom says i have 12 steps. Its been this way for over a week. Yes I tried in-game support. I cleared the cache and now I’m gonna try fully uninstalling the game. I’ll stop playing if its not fixed, getting tired of this broken game, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue.
Update: reinstalling fixed the steps but now i cant see the news…small price to pay lol
