I’m a new player experiencing the various step count issues (steps not being counted or step count dropping during the day) and I’ve noticed that the step counts in my log are innexact. For example I’ve registered over 15k steps yesterday and my log says 1600… This problem is true for every day on my log.

I have the exact same problem and I don’t understand why it’s an automatic response.
I get the feeling that they somehow do not care sort the step count problem.
So this rather fundamental issue of Pikmin bloom not being able to properly count steps persisted. Some days it is off by only a few hundred steps but some days the delta at the end of the day is more like 10 000 steps. Since it does count at least some steps, out of not a matter of not having permission. So all the standard answers you give are of no use. This is a rather severe bug either in your iOS app or even on your server side. However, I tried again to uninstall and install again. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the Apple health app. Since the two days I did this, the issue seems even worse. So given that you seem not willing to really find the root of the steps not properly counting in an app so fundamentally built on steps being counted, maybe the right thing for me to do is a permanent uninstall? It feels I spend too much time trying to get you to care and that maybe I can use that effort in better ways by just letting Pikmin bloom go and do something else. What would Take for you to actually ask the developers to take a serious look at what the problem is?
