Unlimited silver pots drop despite bag is full

My pots bag is now 56/30. Silver pots drop automatically despite it’s full. Now I got a golden pot in the Christmas mission chain but I cannot collect it, and cannot go through to next stage of mission because the golden pot has not been collected.

Please don’t tell me to discard my golden pot or the silver pots collected, because the silver pots are not expected to drop despite bag is full in the first place. It should have stuck the mission chain just like the Christmas mission. Now I could not even collect the pots discovered on the road. And it is also unrealistic to ask me walking for 40pots x 2000 steps in a few days.

And it is impossible to play the game not planting flowers and not pulling the big flowers on the road. This should not lead to my pots bag become drastically full where I cannot just simply delete them because I don’t know the color inside. Collection is not finished, already having a bunch of repeated color of snacks pikmin deleted, still waiting for the last color. Or I will simply throw away all the silver pots :slight_smile:

While this isn’t a direct answer, fortunately I live in Japan and several nearby FamilyMart stores are selling these event-exclusive silver saplings (in fact, I’ve already acquired all seven types of 4th anniversary sweets). These saplings are available at FamilyMart without any quantity restrictions.

Since some saplings can be acquired beyond their limit, I suspect this silver sapling is likely one of the types that can be obtained regardless of any acquisition restrictions.

I think this is a way that the game will be “nice”. You can’t go over your limit if you get a seedling from the prize wheel, but for finishing events, event stages, and as prizes from mushroom battles you can go over.

It’s really annoying for silver seedlings though because they take so many steps to grow. Now that I’ve grown the different types I’ll delete them happily if I run out of storage.
