I’ve just gotten all the clover pikmin recently with the most recent one being the ice pikmin. But for some reason it says I still need to discover all park pikmin to unlock rare clover rank system even though I have all the clover pikmin.

To unlock rare decor level of park category, you have to get all clover decor pikmin and four leaf clover decor pikmin.
IBefore April 10th (before implementation of Ice pikmin of park category), you were able to unlock to have 7 types of clover decor pikmin and 7 types of four leaf clover decor pikmin, but if you didn’t have them until April 10th, you have to get each 7 typs decor pikmin and Ice pikmin of clover decor and four leaf clover decor.
The red box in the image below shows the decor pikmin that you currently need to collect to unlock rare decorations.
