I only receive daily lookback and finished flower planting notifications. This has been true for the entire time I’ve played, close to 4 years. When they announced the notifications update, I got my hopes up that my situation would be fixed, since I’ve contacted support several times before the update. Before and after this update I’ve had all notifications selected in Pikmin bloom and in my phone settings (iPhone 11).
I just want to receive all the notifications like everyone else. I feel like it really hurts my gameplay because I miss so many of my friends mushroom invites, unless I happen to open the app and check at just the right time. Especially on the weekends when mushrooms fill up so fast, it really feels unfair. Also it seems there’s a reminder to stop planting flowers when you stop moving, I’m a forgetful person so that would be nice to have! I never even knew I was missing so many notifications (like I said, I do receive a handful of them, so I didn’t know anything was wrong) until my irl friend started playing with me a few months ago and complained about there being too many.
Sorry this became so long, it’s just so frustrating to me. Does anyone have the same problem? Is there a solution? Or even just an explanation? Thank you for reading.
