I have never been able to use my purchased detector. I also have invited my friend to get the gifted detectors. I am not able to use them as well. Now I have 4 Detectors and I can only use Detector one time a day from the dairy recharge.
Not sure when this would be fixed. If it will be a long time, is there any way I can get my coin on the purchased detector refunded so I can use it on something else.
Refunds are made for mistakes, probably in the same day (when you notice a increment that you dont want) and have to be all the purchase.
Ex. If you buy a detector pack (10 detector) and use at least one of them, they cant refund you for that purchase.
It’s better if you take an screenshot of the bug, after you use the daily detector, and send it to the support ingame.
Support ingame is in your avatar, settings (rodent in the left)->Help->Help assistant.
Thanks for the advise. I have raised it using the support function in the app about a month ago and there is no update. I will try raising this again.
