How do we make suggestions for points of interest so that a Big Flower can be planted? The area that I am in is newly developed and growing fast. A library was just built and a new apartment complex. I don’t know if either one of these would be qualifiers.

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to propose Big Flower candidates within this game.
By the way, registration can be done at the following website, but requires qualification and screening.
